    A set menu is not a requirement for all group bookings, however it does ensure an efficient function with a set per person cost.

  • For group bookings:

    Credit card details are required to hold your booking.

    If you do not show up for your booking or don’t cancel within the required time, $10 per person will be taken to cover costs and lost bookings.

    We would never charge your card without notifying you first.

    For set menu & large functions:

    A 30% deposit is required to tentatively hold your booking. Full payment is required to permanently hold your booking, and this is required 2 weeks prior to your booking date.

    If your cancel your event within 2 weeks of your booking date we will refund 50% of your booking.
    Additional numbers can be added to your booking up until 24 hours prior.

    Please note that we do NOT keep your card details on file; this is only for charging purposes should you not show up for your booking. Your personal information is protected by an SSL Certificate, so your details will not be made available online.

    Booking Confirmation & Charges / Function & Group Booking Cancellations:
    Li’l Darlin Surry Hills requires a credit card to secure your booking. Though we will NOT charge your credit card until the day of your function should you fail to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice (by phone) of:
    [a] any substantial reduction to the number in your party, or
    [b] complete cancellation of your function, an admin fee of
    $10 per person will be charged to your credit card.

    Payment of Function:
    Payment to be charged on one credit card. No split bills for group bookings. Bookings for 20 or more min spends apply* Please speak to manager at time of booking.

    Exclusive Hire:
    Our venue can be used for exclusive hire. Please enquire via phone or email.

    Function Times:
    Our Liquor License ends at midnight from Monday to Saturday & 10pm on Sunday. As such the service of alcohol will conclude 30 minutes prior to these times.

    Responsible Service of Alcohol:
    Lil Darlin upholds the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol in accordance with the NSW Liquor License Laws. As a result we reserve the right to refuse service to persons suspected of being under the age of eighteen years of age and to any persons who exhibit signs of intoxication or who display anti-social behavior.

    Prohibition on Food & Beverage:
    Food and Beverage may not be brought into, or removed from the venue without the prior consent of Lil Darlin.

    Promotional Offers & Discounts:
    Package costs associated with function and group bookings are exempt from any promotional offers or discount offers that may from time to time be used as promotional tools.

    Special Dietary Requirements:
    Please notify us prior to your booking if there are any special dietary requirements.
