For group bookings:
Credit card details are required to hold your booking.
If you do not show up for your booking or don’t cancel within the required time, $10 per person will be taken to cover costs and lost bookings.
We would never charge your card without notifying you first.
For set menu & large functions:
A 30% deposit is required to tentatively hold your booking. Full payment is required to permanently hold your booking, and this is required 2 weeks prior to your booking date.
If your cancel your event within 2 weeks of your booking date we will refund 50% of your booking.
Additional numbers can be added to your booking up until 24 hours prior.
Please note that we do NOT keep your card details on file; this is only for charging purposes should you not show up for your booking. Your personal information is protected by an SSL Certificate, so your details will not be made available online.
